My daughter and I are on our way to Great Falls. ?We needed to be there by late afternoon, giving us a couple of hours to search the gravels of the Backfoot River. ?I brought my kayaks along on this trip. ?We decided to kayak upstream, stopping at gravel bars along the way. ?Our parking spot is right along side the river, so it was easy to unload the kayaks and shove off.
